2008/07/31 Paris, July 31 2008 - The Board of Directors of Cap Gemini S.A. convened on July 30 2008, under the Chairmanship of Serge Kampf, to approve the consolidated financial statements of the Capgemini Group for the first half of 2008.
Through the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV, a leading player in the Dutch IT services market for the public sector, Capgemini extends its outsourcing activities in the Netherlands
2008/07/25 Capgemini has reached today an agreement in principle with Getronics PinkRoccade (GPR) for the acquisition of Getronics PinkRoccade Business Application Services BV (BAS BV). This division regroups GPR´s applications services activities (applications development, maintenance and management) in the Netherlands. Through this acquisition, Capgemini will reinforce its leadership position in one of its key markets, while developing a stable portfolio of long-term applications management contracts in the public sector.

2008/04/02 Paris, April 2, 2008 - At its forthcoming shareholders´ meeting on April 17, 2008, Cap Gemini will propose its shareholders to allow the issuance of redeemable equity warrants (BSAAR) to employees and corporate officers of the Company and its subsidiaries, without pre-emptive subscription rights for the shareholders.
